43 BDU JACKET

This item is inspired by the US ARMY M-43 HBT JACKET from the 1940s. We adjusted the volume of the silhouette and added slash pockets at the sides to make it more practical. We also retained the gas flap detail on the front opening.

It uses back satin fabric. The weft yarn is slub yarn, and the unique "atari" (fading) effect created by dyeing and processing is attractive. Botanical hybrid dyeing is used for coloring, with each color expressing its shade using natural dyes:

・Teracotta: Pagoda Tree

・Khaki: Turmeric

・Navy: Logwood

・Ink: India Ink

It is perfect as a light outer layer for early autumn and can be worn as a set-up with the matching "43 CARGO TROUSERS". Tucking it in also allows for an all-in-one style, making it a versatile piece of clothing.

Care instructions for botanical dye products

To enjoy the color fading for a longer period, we recommend hand washing with a neutral detergent.

Colors may transfer to other items, so wash separately.

Do not use fluorescent agents or bleach.

After washing, dry in the shade.

Colors may fade when exposed to citrus fruit juice. If it gets on the garment, rinse immediately.

Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight or artificial light may cause discoloration. Do not leave in direct sunlight; store in a dark place.
