About Shipping
We will ship your order within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day you place your order. (International shipping takes 3-10 days.)
*It may take longer than usual due to reasons such as peak orders, weather, and traffic conditions.
About cash on delivery shipping
If you choose cash on delivery, you will be charged a separate fee per order, as shown below, depending on the amount.
Please pay the total amount plus the cash-on-delivery fee to the delivery person.
*Cash on delivery is not available for overseas deliveries.
・Less than 10,000 yen: 330 yen (tax included)
・10,000 yen to less than 30,000 yen: 440 yen (tax included)
・30,000 yen to less than 100,000 yen: 660 yen (tax included)
・100,000 yen to 300,000 yen: 1,100 yen (tax included)
Items sent via cash on delivery are stored for 7 days after shipping, and if they are returned to us after this period, your order will be cancelled.
We will re-ship your item only upon request, but additional shipping charges will be added to the total amount paid at the time of order.
Shipping and tax exemption information
The nationwide shipping fee is 880 yen (tax included) per order.
(Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, remote islands: 1,300 yen (tax included))
For overseas shipping, the shipping fee below will be charged flat rate per order, regardless of the purchase amount.
*If your order is shipped overseas, the amount equivalent to consumption tax (10%) of the purchase price will be exempt from tax.

・North America / Central America / Europe / Oceania 6,500 yen
Notice on Shipping to the United States
Currently, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the United States .
This is due to recent changes in US import regulations (abolishment of the De Minimis rule) by the US government, which prevent us from using our usual shipping methods.
We are actively exploring alternative shipping options and plan to resume US shipping once a stable solution is in place.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Cancelling an order
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after shipment has been completed.
We do our best to manage our inventory, but if we are unable to secure the stock of the item you ordered for unavoidable reasons, we may have to cancel your order.
Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as minor scratches or scuffs that occur unavoidably during manufacturing, uneven color due to design, or individual differences in texture.
We take every care with the quality and packaging of our products, but if any of the following problems occur with the product, we will replace or refund the product at our expense.

・If the product is different from the one you ordered
If any of the above reasons apply, please contact us at the address below within 7 days of receiving the product.
*Please store the product in the same packaging as when it was delivered.

If we are unable to secure a replacement product due to reasons such as the product being sold out or no longer being available, we may refund the product price and shipping costs.
In addition, if the following conditions are met, we may refuse to accept returns or exchanges even if there is a problem with the contents of the delivery.

・If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
- Used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned items
・Products without accessories, demerit tags, product tags, etc.
・Products that have become smelly, damaged, or stained while in the customer's possession
- Products with damaged packaging (bags/boxes, etc.)
*This does not include plastic bags and cardboard boxes used to protect the product.
