Product delivery time

We will ship your order within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day you place your order. (International shipping takes 3-10 days.)

Differences between the screen display and the actual product

Depending on your monitor and display environment, the colors and textures on your screen may differ from the actual ones.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

When you receive the product, please be sure to check that there are no defects in the product and that it is the same as the product you ordered.
If the product is damaged or soiled, or if the product is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
If an item cannot be exchanged, such as a sold-out item, discontinued item, or limited edition item, we will refund the product price and shipping fee after you return the item (we will cover the shipping fee).
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
- Used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned items
・Products without accessories, demerit tags, product tags, etc.
・Products that have become smelly, damaged, or stained while in the customer's possession
*This does not include plastic bags and cardboard boxes used to protect the product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as minor scratches or scuffs that occur unavoidably during manufacturing, color unevenness due to design, or individual differences in texture.
